Our virtual tours are much more than a simple tour offering a wide range of choices such as social media integration, interactive maps, videos, photo galleries, and many other features. The iArivfood.com Service also allows you to view and browse restaurants/business and, assuming a restaurant/business delivers to your location, order menu items for delivery.
   
   
2. This site may include articles, comments, and member created pages which allow you and other users and members to post information. You agree not to post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, violate the rights of others, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law. You will be responsible for, and indemnify and hold harmless iArivfood.com against, any claim arising from any material that you post or transmit. You understand that the prices for menu items displayed through the Services may differ from the prices offered or published by Restaurants for the same menu items and/or from prices available at other third-party websites and that such prices may not be the lowest prices at which the menu items are sold. iArivfood.com has no obligation to itemize its costs, profits or margins when publishing such prices.iArivfood.com reserves the right to change such prices at any time, at its discretion. You are liable for all transaction taxes on the Services provided under this Agreement.
   
   
7. iArivfood.com,  at its sole discretion, may make promotional offers with different features and different rates to any of our Users. These promotional offers, unless made
   to you, shall have no bearing whatsoever on your offer or contract.
   
   
8. We may ask you to rate and post reviews of Restaurants or other businesses (“Ratings” and “Reviews”), such Ratings and Reviews are considered User Content and are governed by this Agreement. Ratings and Reviews are not endorsed by the Company and do not represent the views of the Company or its affiliates. Because we strive to maintain a high level of integrity with respect to Ratings and Reviews posted or otherwise made available through the Services, you agree that: you will not provide a Rating or Review for any Restaurant or business for which you have an ownership interest, employment relationship or other affiliation or for any of that company’s competitors. you will not submit a Rating or Review in exchange for payment, free food items, or other benefits and your review will comply with the terms of this Agreement. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that any Rating or Review could diminish the integrity of the Ratings and Reviews, we may exclude such User Content without notice
   
   
9. iArivfood.com is accessible worldwide to anyone with Internet access. BY ACCESSING THE SERVICE AND THE SITES, YOU ACCEPT, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION, ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS USER AGREEMENT. iArivfood.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The changes will appear on this screen. By using the Service and the Sites, you agree in advance to accept any changes.

Users found to have provided incorrect or inaccurate personal information when signing up for or editing their iArivfood.com member account may have their iArivfood.com member account terminated without prior notice or warning. Personal information in the sign up and account details editing area is required and must be correct, verifiable and accurate.

You will pay, and authorize iArivfood.com to charge your credit card automatically, for all applicable fees under these Terms and Conditions or to charge using other selected payment method, for all applicable fees under these Terms and Conditions. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to iArivfood.com. iArivfood.com may suspend or terminate the Service if fees are past due.All amounts payable under these Terms and Conditions are exclusive of value-added tax or any other taxes.
    
17. iArivfood.com shall invoice you in advance for the iArivfood.com Service. You shall pay iArivfood.com the fees within 5 (five) days of receipt of iArivfood.com’s invoice.The fees for any provided iArivfood.com Service shall be specified in the invoice and shall be payable in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and invoice.
    
18. No fees or other charges will be refunded or waived in respect of any period of suspension. Any payment later received will be applied first in payment of the interest due, and only secondly in reduction of the indebtedness.
    
    
19. You are responsible for all taxes, governmental fees and other charges. iArivfood.com will charge tax when required to do so. If you are required by law to withhold any taxes, you must provide iArivfood.com with an official tax receipt or other appropriate documentation.

You agree to indemnify and hold iArivfood.com, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, agents, sponsors, partners and employees harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the iArivfood.com Services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
    
     This Agreement may be modified from time to time. This Agreement supersedes any prior agreements. The current version applies to your use of the Services and the Site both now and in the past.
